ATTIRE
Our event is formal with black tie optional, so please feel free to bring a little (or a lot) of the fancy – it’s the perfect event to shine! And … we are so excited to have Epics Photo Booth‘s modern, high-end photo booth experience to capture all of our lovely guests at the event.
ARRIVAL TIME
We would love for you to arrive promptly at 6 pm to enjoy the hosted cocktail hour (very special thank you to Bickford Family Trust for sponsoring this portion of the event) we will be providing and to have the time to check out (in-person) our silent auction items.
PRE-REGISTER FOR SPEEDY ENTRANCE & EARLY ACCESS TO AUCTION
We have a fabulous silent and live auction planned for you and invite you to pre-register so that you have a speedy entrance into our event when you arrive. As long as you’re pre-registered, you can walk right in and start enjoying the festivities immediately! Also, our silent auction will be opening up a week or so before the event so you won’t want to miss the opportunity to leisurely view the auction items before the event and start bidding on your favorite items. All guests who are registered for the event by Thursday, December 1 at Noon will be entered into a raffle for a $100 Visa gift card!
BEVERAGES & PLATES
This year, in addition to a full bar (hosted by Bickford Family Trust from 6-7 but open the entire duration of the event), we are thrilled to share that Silver Legacy has created an exclusive custom crafted holiday mocktail for us.
Dinner will be a delicious duo of beef and scallops which was custom created specifically for us by Silver Legacy’s Culinary Team; however, we will have a vegetarian option available.
