We are a Reno-based non-profit treatment program for women struggling with substance use disorder.

Our mission

To break the cycle of addiction and violence in families—by empowering women to build and maintain a clean and sober life.

Our Programs

Residential
Program

Our residential treatment program allows women the opportunity to focus on their recovery in a safe and supportive environment. They live in dormitory-style rooms on our expansive campus and engage in supervised social and creative activities—while receiving 30 hours of therapeutic services per week.

Transitional
Housing

When a woman completes residential treatment, she can opt to move into transitional housing on STEP2’s Lighthouse Campus, where her children can move in with her. Our Lighthouse Campus consists of a total of 25 fully-furnished, recently remodeled 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom cottages on campus.

Outpatient
Services

For women who have phased out of our residential and transitional housing—our optional Outpatient Program (OP) offers ongoing therapy and support as she transitions back into the community. Our goal here is to set each woman up for lasting sobriety and success that continues long after she has left our campus.

Not just another rehab center—but a comprehensive, long-term therapeutic program designed to create lasting change in families for generations to come

We can help you.
